How To Pay -
Mama Said Skin Care accepts VISA, Mastercard and Paypal via
We also accept VISA, Mastercard, Eftpos and cash payments in person.
All transactions are in Australian dollars.
Mama Said Skin Care reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
Payment is due in full prior to despatch of goods, if a credit arrangement is not agreed beforehand.
** For account based wholesalers using direct deposit please use our invoice number as your payment reference and deposit funds to the following account:

Overdue Wholesale Accounts -
Without discrimination to any other right of remedy, Mama Said Skin Care shall be warranted to charge interest on the amount unpaid at the rate of 1.5% per month, from the due dates for payment, until payment in full is made together with all costs and expenses incurred by Mama Said Skin Care or agents in the collection of overdue monies.
Orders placed will be GRATEFULLY packed and dispatched within 2 full working days of purchase.
Delivery is within 7 - 10 days from receipt of order via Australia Post.
All care is taken when packing orders purchased, but we are unable to take responsibility once it is in the hands of our beloved, Australia Post.
Refunds & Returns -
Items may be returned within 7 days of original dispatch date in its original condition and include all original packaging.
A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be subtracted.
*We recommend you utilise registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post.
Please allow 10 working days from the day you return your product for your refund to be actioned or your exchange product to be re-delivered.
Incorrectly sent orders -
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be conveyed in writing to Mama Said Skin Care within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, by email, to
If items received are not what you ordered, please do not open the product by breaking the seal on the bottle. Subsequently, opened product will be regarded as acceptance by you and no further claim can be raised afterward.
If you received the order incorrectly, the goods remain the property of Mama Said Skin Care as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above.
You will not be charged for re-delivery of items under this clause.
